Our gatherings are currently taking place in Moscow. I divide my year between Russia, China and Bali.
From every journey I bring back new teas and stories, and I meet fascinating people and discover their traditions.
Next visit to Russia — 10 December
A relaxed, small-group tea club — a small group around one table
We gather in a small group to discover Chinese tea, talk about culture, travel and life, and simply enjoy a good evening together.
You are welcome to come on your own. No prior knowledge of tea is needed.
At our Moscow gatherings, I will not be on my own. I talk about tea in English or Chinese, while Pavel — my partner and a devoted tea lover — interprets into Russian and helps the conversation flow naturally.

Every gathering brings new teas, new stories and warm conversation
The tea club journey

10 Dec — 7 Mar
If this is your first time with us
Come on your own, with a partner or with friends. We introduce the guests and create a calm, relaxed atmosphere where it is easy to feel at home.
I choose teas brought back from my latest journey and share where they come from, what makes them distinctive and the tea traditions connected with them.
Each tea is steeped several times. With every infusion, we notice how its aroma, flavour and finish change, and we share our impressions.
Conversation develops naturally around the table: about tea, travel, culture, everyday life and anything else that comes up.
We share impressions and stories, compare flavours and get to know each other. You can join the conversation as much as you like, or simply listen and enjoy the tea and the atmosphere of the evening.
Ways to join us

An open gathering where each guest books an individual place. You can come on your own, with a partner or with friends.
Over an hour and a half, we will taste three Chinese teas, talk about them, share our impressions and simply enjoy an evening in good company.
No gatherings are scheduled in this country yet.

A birthday, a gathering with friends, a family evening, or a private event for your team or company.
I will choose the teas and shape the programme around the occasion, the number of guests, your preferred duration and the venue. The gathering can take place in a space you have chosen, or we can find a suitable setting together.
Once you send the form we will get in touch, go through the occasion, the guests, the venue and the format you have in mind, then propose a programme and confirm the cost.

About the tea master
I was born in Fujian, one of China’s most renowned tea regions and the home of Da Hong Pao, Tieguanyin and Fuding white tea.
Tea has been part of my life since childhood. Over time, my love for it became my profession and the work that matters most to me.
I studied the art and practice of tea in Fujian, Shanghai and Hangzhou. My professional journey began at Tianshan Tea City, one of Shanghai’s best-known tea markets.
Later, I began hosting private tea gatherings for well-known international companies, as well as teaching courses on Chinese tea for international guests.
I am invited to host tea programmes for C-level executives and visiting delegations, not only in China but around the world. Among the companies I have run ceremonies and masterclasses for are Hermès, Huawei, Nestlé and other international names.
My passion extends beyond Chinese tea to the tea cultures of different countries: how people drink tea, which flavours they choose, what they talk about around the table and the place tea holds in everyday life.
I love meeting and talking with people, especially those from other countries. These gatherings allow us to exchange stories, find common ground and discover the world through genuine conversation.
I finally have the opportunity to fulfil a long-held dream: to share my love of tea with people around the world while discovering different countries, their customs and their preferences in tea.
That is why, throughout the year, our tea table will appear in Moscow, China and Bali.
Private and corporate programmes
From small tea gatherings around a single table to executive programmes for the leadership of international companies and visiting delegations. I adapt the choice of teas, the way they are served and the content of the meeting to the audience, the occasion and the format of the event.
I have hosted tea ceremonies and masterclasses for:

Tell us about the occasion, who will be there and the format you have in mind. We will suggest a suitable programme, its length, a selection of teas and venue options.
About the tea club
Our club is a welcoming small-group community. You can join us for a single gathering, return whenever the teas, themes or cities change, or simply come back whenever you feel like enjoying good tea and good company. I am always happy to welcome you.
There is no required commitment and there are no complicated rules. Simply choose an evening that suits you and take a seat at the tea table.
Between gatherings, we stay in touch on Telegram. I share notes and videos about tea, stories from my travels, news from the world of tea culture and announcements of upcoming gatherings.
On Telegram, you can ask a question, hear about new gatherings or simply continue a conversation that began over tea.
What guests often ask
No. The gathering is also suitable for anyone who is only beginning to discover Chinese tea. Sara explains everything you need to know during the evening in a clear and approachable way.
Of course. Many guests come on their own. We introduce everyone at the beginning and create an atmosphere where it feels natural to join the conversation.
Sara talks about tea in English and Chinese. Pavel provides Russian interpretation, so you can choose whichever language is most comfortable for you.
Three Chinese teas, a ninety-minute tea programme led by Sara and Russian interpretation.
Information about snacks or a small accompaniment for the tea will be listed separately in the description of each gathering.
The main tea programme lasts around an hour and a half. Afterwards, you may be able to stay a little longer and continue the conversation, depending on the venue.
Yes. A private gathering can be arranged for a birthday, a group of friends, a family or a team. Send us a request and we will discuss the number of guests, date, venue, duration and tea selection.
The address is shown on the card for each date. We choose quiet spaces where guests can talk comfortably and enjoy the evening without feeling rushed.
You can move or cancel your booking from the private link in your confirmation, which shows the exact free-cancellation deadline. Payment is made at the gathering, so there is no prepayment to refund; if your plans change, you can pass your place to another guest.
